McCormick Steak Seasoning is a delicious blend of onion, paprika, garlic, salt and other spices that truly livens the taste of steaks. One and a half pounds rib-eye or flank steak may be substituted for the New York strip.

  • 1 1/2 pound(s) New York strip
  • 1 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) steak seasoning

Preparation

  1. 1. Brush steak lightly with oil. Sprinkle seasoning over both sides of steak.
  2. 2. Broil or grill steak over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
