Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped ripe tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. minced jalapeño chile
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, combine chopped ripe tomatoes, sliced green onions, minced jalapeño chile, and fresh lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.
