I think this recipe was easy and wonderful! I am used to eating food with light mayonnaise so I felt the salad was full flavored and my family gobbled it down. I doubled it for a family of four and it was the perfect amount as we like leftovers. I followed the directions just as it said, which i usually do the first time and then i tweek to how i like it but i don't think i have to with this one. I used green pepper but next time i would use red only for the color to give it alittle flair as it sits on the plate. Also we are onion lovers. This recipe as it does not have a onion flavor so i would double the onions because my family likes to know they are there. Quick, easy and my family loved it.
