  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Marshmallows, optional

How to Make It

  1. Bring milk to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in chocolate, cocoa, honey, vanilla and salt until chocolate has melted and mixture has thickened slightly, about 4 minutes.
