    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Very moist and spicy, just the way we like it! I used 3 whole eggs instead of the 2 plus one eggwhite because that's the way we roll around here and it turned out fine. Our son went back for 3rds! Definately adding this to my recipe box to make again and again.
