Classic Chicken Pot Pie

    This is a great recipe. Rather than using frozen vegetables, which tend to be soggy, I used fresh veg and added some green peas. It takes a while to make, but the results are excellent. From one recipe (and one pie crust recipe) I made 6 individual pot pies and froze 4.
