    I made 2 large pieces of brisket for Chanukah & served 12 adults & 5 kids. There were NO leftovers. It REALLY tasted like the Jew food I remember from my Gramma. It was fantastic & easy to make. I searched for the greek seasoning mentioned in the recipe & managed to find it. Thank you for this recipe

    I got Matzo Ball Gumbo as a birthday gift and made this brisket last night. I have not made something that tasted this good in a long time. I forgot to buy chili sauce and pureed a can of rotel tomatoes -- it was spicy! I highly recommend the brisket and the book.
