Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
