This is a really good and refreshing tea. Next time around , for my personal taste, I will add less sugar. The juices add a nice amount of sweetness on their own. And maybe another clove or two. But very good overall.

Ingredients
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 family-size tea bag
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup sugar
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: lemon slices
Preparation
- 1. Bring 3 cups water and cloves to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat; reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and add tea bag; steep 10 minutes.
- 2. Discard tea bag and cloves. Add fruit juices and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill for 1 hour; serve over crushed ice. Garnish, if desired.
