Ingredients
- 1 tangerine wedge
- Sugar for coating glass rims
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tangerine juice
- 3 tablespoons bourbon (preferably small-batch)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons triple sec
- Tangerine twist for garnish
Preparation
- 1. Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with a tangerine wedge. Spoon a thin layer of sugar onto a small plate and gently twist the rim in the sugar to coat.
- 2. Put remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then shake for 15 seconds. Strain into glass and garnish with a twist.
