  • 1 tangerine wedge
  • Sugar for coating glass rims
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tangerine juice
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon (preferably small-batch)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons triple sec
  • Tangerine twist for garnish


  1. 1. Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with a tangerine wedge. Spoon a thin layer of sugar onto a small plate and gently twist the rim in the sugar to coat.
  2. 2. Put remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then shake for 15 seconds. Strain into glass and garnish with a twist.
