Yum! This rice is very delicious and is described perfectly as it is just 'scented' with the citrus flavors. I served this with a coconut shrimp and spicy mango sauce dish I found on here and it was awesome!!!

This dish was a delighful surprise...light, fresh tasting and interesting! Every time I have made it, the recipe is always requested. Serve it with grilled chicken breasts and lightly sauteed sugars snap peas for a wonderful combo...company-ready in a short time. A winner!!

This rice is hands down delicious. I made it to go with the Southeast Asian Grilled Flank Steak, and the combination was fantastic. Even plain vegetables served with this rice are delicious. I made it with freshly grated orange and lemon zest, and between 3 people it was all eaten up.
Delicious and fragrant
