  • 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
  • 1/3 cup canned pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 1 medium tangerine, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream alternative
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 2 teaspoons flaked coconut, toasted


  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; spoon mixture evenly into 2 serving dishes. Combine sour cream, sugar, and orange juice concentrate; spoon mixture evenly over fruit. Sprinkle with coconut.
