Citrus-Roasted Salmon

This was wonderful! Even my dad, who doesn't like fish, raved about this recipe. We grilled the salmon instead of baking it. Will definitely make again.

This wasn't bad, but I've had better salmon recipes off this site, but nice for a change and very easy. I wound up grilling my salmon. The sauce was good, but a bit too citrus-y (if that's possible).

I'm not a huge fan of cooked salmon, but this was really good.
