  • 5 navel oranges, pith and peel removed, zest reserved, fruit cut crosswise into rounds
  • 4 grapefruits, pith and peel removed, cut into segments
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves, optional

How to Make It
