Citrus-Mint Sipper

1 cup water
1/2 cup lightly packed fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
2 cups chilled lemonade
1/4 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, granular
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
1 (1-qt.) bottle sparkling water, chilled


1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat; add mint. Let stand 10 minutes. Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Stir in lemonade, sweetener, juice, and sparkling water before serving. Serve over ice.
