  • 1 (24-ounce) jar red grapefruit sections
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup jicama, peeled and matchstick-cut


  1. 1. Drain red grapefruit sections, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Combine juice, mint, and cinnamon in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk. Add grapefruit sections and jicama; toss gently.
