Ingredients

2 1/2 tablespoons low-sugar orange marmalade
1/8 teaspoon grated lime rind
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
Cooking spray
4 (8-ounce) skinless, bone-in chicken breast halves

Preparation

1. Prepare grill.

2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.

3. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting with marmalade mixture.
