  • 8 ounces crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest (from 1 orange)
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make It

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to use.
