Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime, lemon, or orange rind
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer, stir in citrus rind. Fold in whipped cream.
