Citrus-Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon grated lime, lemon, or orange rind
- 1 cup whipped cream
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer, stir in citrus rind. Fold in whipped cream.
