Ingredients
- 1/2 cup couscous
- 1 orange
- 1/2 ounce sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Rehydrate couscous in water according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Fluff with a fork. Add sections from orange and almonds. Sprinkle couscous mixture with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper; toss.
