This recipe was just OK. I would use more lime and less orange zest/juice next time. Served it over a mixed greens salad. It wasn't terrible but it didn't blow me away either

My husband said he'd eat this every single day. I doubled the marinade, and after I took the amount out for marinating the chicken, I added the oil as listed (not doubled). I made plain rice as a side dish, and poured the sauce on the rice as well as on the chicken/spinach. So good! I think I've made this once a week for the past month.

My husband and I both really enjoyed this recipe! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the dressing was so good on the spinach. I served it with a side of brown rice. Excellent dish.

The flavor is delightful. Does not taste like "diet" food. I have come back to the site to make it again, this time for guests.

My family, bored with chicken, loved this. I let the chicken sit in the marinade for an hour, which made the chicken really juicy. I also slightly wilted the spinach in the frying pan before I cooked the chicken. Even my picky 7 yr old enjoyed it.

This recipe needed some work. I had to cook the chicken longer than required, but it still came out decent. However, it seemed to be lacking in flavor...

Worthy of a special occasion? Yeah, not so much. But it least there's enough chicken leftover to make sammies tomorrow.

I made this recipe and used crushed red pepper instead of the ground. It was perfect. We had salad greens instead of spinach (since my kids wont eat spinach no matter how good it tastes) and it was just right. I will definitely be making this again.

I made this chicken last night substituting crushed red pepper for the cayenne as suggested by another reviewer. What I liked about this marinade is that there is no oil in it. I also grilled the chicken and served it with a greek salad. Just plopping it on spinach did nothing for me.

Pretty easy, followed recipe except used fresh garlic and we grilled the chicken rather than frying. Sides were grilled onion slices/jalapeno halves and steamed corn. Very good.
