- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
How to Make It
Stir rinds into boiling water; pour through a wire-mesh strainer. Drain on paper towels.
Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add juices, beating until blended. Stir in rinds. Chill.
