This recipe is fantastic. Classic sugar cookie taste with a little spice. Like some other reviewers, I made the cookies a little larger, yielded 30, and baked for 13 minutes. I also didn't bother with the cake flour. Mine came out great, crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle. Will definitely make again.

Delicious cookie!! Reminded me of a snickerdoodle. I made about 45 cookies and baked them for 9 minutes and they turned out perfect. Will definitely make them again!

My husband LOVES these cookies so much I make them for him as a gift on special occasions! They are awesome, though you definately need more cinnamon & sugar for rolling. Best ever "simple" cookie!

These cookies were outstanding. I have made them three times and the second time did not like the consistency; since then I bought a food scale and I think that really helps getting the right amount of flour so that it won't be hit or miss. Excellent cookies, got rave reviews!
