This was delicious and easy to make. I actually halved the recipe, with no ill effects. Everyone loved it. Besides cutting the recipe in half, I didn't change anything, but you could probably get pretty creative with nuts instead of pepitas and other spices besides cinnamon. Maybe I'll experiment in the future, but it's already delicious as is.

This was a wonderful recipe. I highly recommend using a teflon pot when making the sugar mixture and a candy thermometer is a must. I also added a little kosher salt the the brittle right after pouring it onto the pan. It was delicious!
