- 6 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How to Make It
Remove crust from bread; cut each slice in half lengthwise. Toast bread.
Cream butter in a small mixing bowl; add sugar, whipping cream, and cinnamon, beating well. Spread mixture evenly over one side of toasted bread. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heating element until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
