Perfectly moist/crunchy and my favorite blend of spicy and sweet. Can't go wrong! Just may need to double the recipe next time.

Easy to make and people enjoyed it. My only variations were to use a half and half blend of butter and shortening because that's what I had on hand. Next time I will increase the spice amounts and maybe add a dash of black pepper. I like a very spicy spice cookie.

These cookies turned out really tasty! They're really soft, even the next day. I sent some to work with DH, and his co-workers dubbed them "Ginger Clouds".
