Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- pinch salt
- 3 tablespoon(s) flour
- 3/4 cup(s) buttermilk
- 3 whole(s) eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 deep-dish pie shell
Preparation
- Melt butter and blend in the sugar with a fork until creamy. Mix salt and flour and add to butter mixture. Add buttermilk, beaten eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until smooth. Pour into pie shell, and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Check at 30 minutes and turnt he pan so it bakes evenly.
