    OMG! I have been telling everyone how great this recipe is. I made it on Sunday and haven't stopped talking about it since. I made just 1 apple in case it wasn't that good. I wish I had made a bushel. This is super easy. I did make my own pie crust. This is pretty enough to do for a fancy dinner and easy enough to do everyday. I used a small round pyrex dish to cook it in. It worked great. My apple was so big I couldn't really get my spoon down the side to spoon the sauce over it. So, I put it on a plate and poured the sauce over top. I can't wait to make it again.

    This was a five star dish. I made 6 apples in a 13X9 baking dish. After they baked, I split the apples in half and served them with vanilla bean ice cream. Everyone raved about them. I will make this again and again. Yummy!
