Cinnamon Buttons

Give children clean, kid-safe scissors for cutting the dough into pieces. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon-sugar over top of dough before baking. To make a savory version, add one minced garlic clove to the butter, and substitute grated Parmesan cheese for the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
