Cinnamon-Butter Sauce

Yield Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Make It

  1. Cook first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cinnamon.
