This is really good! Breakfast can become a boring, predictable routine. I had some previously cooked bulgur and it took just a few short minutes to put this together. I didn't use Greek yogurt, but wish I had for that thicker consistency. I, too, added more walnuts. I bet kids would like this as well. Such a better alternative to sugary, kiddy cereals.

I'm not typically a big fan of yogurt, period, but I had some on hand from the Chickpea Curry recipe, (as well as some bulgur from a previous recipe that I had no idea what to do with...) so I thought I would give this a try and it is my new favorite breakfast! The honey and cinnamon dress up the yogurt beautifully--added to the bananas, brown sugar, and toasted walnuts, and this is delightful! The bulgur is really good too (though mine didn't turn out as dry and fluffy as the pictures appear, despite meticulous direction-following) and I think the combo is great and pretty filling for something so low-cal. I do add a few more walnuts because I think the crunch kinda makes this.

This is SO GOOD. Great flavor and texture, I really loved it, though I haven't tried it with walnuts yet.

So good and filling for so few calories! I only ate my lunch at work at a reasonable hour because of meetings--otherwise I think this for breakfast would have lasted me a good 6 hours of fuel!
