  • 1/2 small head napa cabbage, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
  • 1 (8-oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped radishes (about 2 large)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Champagne vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
