Ingredients
- 2 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) dry rice
- 2 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon(s) onion flakes
- 1/2 bunch(es) cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Preparation
- Put oil, garlic and rice in skillet. Stir until rice is opaque but not browned. Add remaining ingredients. Put on lid and boil, Reduce heat and cook on low for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is gone. If you use bouillion for chicken stock, do not add salt.
