Cilantro-Pumpkinseed Sauce

Yield 1 1/4 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 mint sprigs
  • 1 (7-ounce) can salsa verde
