3/4 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons unsalted pumpkinseed or sunflower seed kernels, toasted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 mint sprigs
1 (7-ounce) can salsa verde
