Yield 3/4 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Dash of ground red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 ounces grated fresh Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
  • 1 ounce fresh cilantro leaves (about 2 cups loosely packed)
  • 2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil

How to Make It

  1. Place onions and next 8 ingredients (through cilantro) in a food processor, and process until finely minced. With processor on, slowly pour oil through food chute, and process until well blended.
