Cilantro-Peanut Salad

Traditional spring roll garnishes, like cilantro and crushed peanuts, are the main flavor components in this quick, crisp side salad.  

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cups torn Bibb lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup diagonally sliced snow peas
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped roasted, unsalted peanuts

How to Make It
