Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 ounces torn baguette
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pulse torn baguette in a food processor for coarse crumbs. Add breadcrumbs, peanuts, and lime juice. Cook for 3 minutes or until toasted. Stir in cilantro.
