- 1 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 ounces torn baguette
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pulse torn baguette in a food processor for coarse crumbs. Add breadcrumbs, peanuts, and lime juice. Cook for 3 minutes or until toasted. Stir in cilantro.
