- 1 cup(s) cilantro
- 1/2 cup(s) canola oil
- 1/2 cup(s) lime juice
- 2 small clove(s) garlic
- 1 medium jalapeno peppers halved & seeded
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Will keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
