Really nice flavor. Served over grilled chicken breast and brown rice. Tangy, maybe a little less salt. Can also be used as a dip for tortilla chips.

- 2 Large Avocadoes
- 2 cup(s) Cilantro
- 6 tablespoon(s) Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 4 dash(es) hot pepper sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth, add olive oil to make thinner if necessary.
