Cilantro-Jalapeño Vinaigrette

Yield Makes 3/4 cup


  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 jalapeño chile, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

How to Make It

  1. Process first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth. With blender running, gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream; process until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
