Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium-size jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients, and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. To make ahead, store mixture in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 days.
