Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 medium-size jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. To make ahead, store mixture in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 days.
