This cilantro and ginger-flavored mojo is delicious served with grilled meats.
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Dash of ground red pepper
1 bunch chopped cilantro stems
1 garlic clove
How to Make It
Combine olive oil, lemon rind, lemon juice, water, ginger, sugar, salt, ground red pepper, chopped cilantro stems, and garlic clove in a mini food processor. Process until smooth. Serve with grilled meats.
