Chunky Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups seeded, chopped tomato
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour.
