Ingredients

1 medium-size ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons commercial fat-free Ranch-style dressing
1/4 cup nonfat process cream cheese product
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup seeded, diced tomato
1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced purple onion
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons minced, seeded jalapeno pepper

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir until smooth. Add tomato and remaining ingredients; stir gently. Serve with cucumber and zucchini rounds.
