  • 6 cup(s) oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup(s) Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup(s) Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 cup(s) Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup(s) Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup(s) Wheat Germ
  • 1/2 cup(s) Dry Milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) coconut
  • 2/3 cup(s) Honey
  • 2/3 cup(s) Olive oil


  1. Stir Honey and oil until blended, then add dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Bake in 375 degree oven, stirring every 5-10 min until toasted and crunchy .
