Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Garnish: celery leaves
Preparation
- Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
- Note: For testing purposes only, we used BelGioioso Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
