Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Baked tortilla chips

Preparation

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
