Ingredients

  • 2 small avocados, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat buttermilk or fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
